Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2025

Look, we get it—nobody actually enjoys reading these things. But here's the deal: we're a small architectural firm in Toronto, not some massive tech company, and we take your privacy seriously. This page breaks down what info we collect, why we need it, and what we do with it.

What We Collect

When you reach out to us through our contact form or send us an email, we'll collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and whatever details you share about your project. That's pretty much it.

If you're already working with us, we'll also keep project-related documents, site addresses, and any other info relevant to designing your space. Standard architectural practice stuff.

How We Use Your Information

We're architects, not marketers. Your info is used to respond to your inquiries, work on your projects, send you occasional updates if you've asked for them, and comply with professional regulations here in Ontario.

We won't sell your data to anyone—that's not our business model, and frankly, it's just not cool. We might share necessary details with contractors or consultants when working on your project, but only the stuff they actually need to know.

Cookies & Website Tracking

Our website uses basic cookies to remember your preferences and see how people navigate the site. Nothing invasive. We use analytics to understand which pages get viewed most often—helps us figure out what content is actually useful.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you want. The site'll still work fine, you just might need to re-enter preferences each visit.

Data Security

We store your information on secure servers and use encryption where appropriate. Our team's trained on data protection, and we've got protocols in place to prevent unauthorized access. That said, no system's 100% foolproof—we do our best to keep things locked down, but the internet being what it is, we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA, specifically), you've got rights when it comes to your personal data. You can request to see what info we have on you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or request deletion if we don't have a legal reason to keep it.

Just shoot us an email at info@aerenthalquinthos.info and we'll sort it out. Usually takes us a few days to respond, depending on how swamped we are with projects.

Third-Party Services

We use a handful of third-party tools to run this site and our practice—things like email hosting, cloud storage for project files, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies, and while we've vetted them to make sure they're reputable, you might wanna check out their terms too if you're concerned.

Portfolio & Project Images

We love showcasing our work (kinda necessary in this field), but we always get permission from clients before posting project photos or details online. If you've worked with us and would prefer we remove or not use images of your project, just let us know—no hard feelings.

Changes to This Policy

We might update this policy occasionally as laws change or we adjust how we operate. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If there's anything major, we'll probably send an email to active clients, but it's worth checking back here once in a while.

Questions?

If something here doesn't make sense or you've got concerns about how we handle your information, reach out. We're real people and we actually respond to emails.
